Measuring supply chain performance is both critical and complex, and SDA maintains a corporate philosophy focused on continuous improvement at every level of the organization. Every critical process is documented in detail as part of the SDA quality program. Key performance indicators are routinely tracked and measured, ensuring that SDA’s service is consistently high.

Quality processes and products are a high priority at SDA and are a necessary part of maintaining our multiple OEM Authorizations. SDA provides reporting and detailed metrics as part of our ongoing commitment to ensure the highest levels of quality and performance to our customers. Package tracking and other daily performance indicators are measured and reported.

SDA complies with state and federal regulations for recycling and disposing electronic material and is committed to incorporating environmentally-friendly and compliant procedures to all internal processes as additional environmental directives are introduced. Our commitment to ‘being green’ includes participation on industry tasks force and initiatives, as well as staying on top of WEEE, RoHS and other regulatory initiatives affecting our industry.
